Well, the Hackintosh is alive, but getting it to recognize the GTX 1070 GPU is pretty much impossible. It also doesn’t want to boot directly from the SSD – needs a USB drive to jump start it. Audio & networking are online though, so it’s semi-usable.

Attempting my first Hackintosh build today. Just testing the waters for now (dual boot with my Win 10 workstation). My 2014 MBP still works great, but I’d like a temporary automated build machine with macOS.
My nearly 3yo has asked to watch the SpaceX launch video nearly 20 times now. She cheers every time. She saw a rocket launch in a book last night and asked to see the landing photos. I had to explain that rockets didn’t land until recently. 🙂
